Founded by Howard Arendtson in 2000, H Julien Designs is a full service floral design studio and retail store specializing in event planning and creative environments. The store, located in Berkeley’s fashionable Northside, reflects a timeless moody European boutique contrasted with an Asian minimilist aesthetic.
